My work includes the QBO connector in Claude and ChatGPT, which drove twice the invoice volume of Intuit’s internal AI tools; an AI-supported chargebacks redesign that reduced customer effort by 60% and reached 90% merchant adoption; selective Instant Deposits that achieved a 4.5% conversion rate; stored ACH and card experiences projected to generate $1.13M annually; and Tap to Pay onboarding that doubled activation while driving 16% month-over-month payment volume growth.

Hi, I’m Raysa
I’m a senior product designer with a background in software engineering and more than eight years of experience creating fintech products, AI-native payments, and design systems for B2B and B2C audiences.
I grew up in Pedro Betancourt, Cuba, and now call the Bay Area home. That path shaped how I work: curious about people, comfortable with complexity, and always looking for the clearest, most human way forward.
