Hey there, I'm Raysa
I grew up in Pedro Betancourt, a small town in Cuba with Asian and Spanish roots running through my family. Computers were out of reach back then, my first encounter with English was hearing Celine Dion sing on Titanic.
That curiosity never left. I went on to study Software Engineering, but somewhere along the way discovered that what I really loved was the space where design and people meet. Today I work as a UI/UX designer, using my technical background to speak both languages, design and code, and build experiences that actually feel human.
I now call the Bay Area home, where I chase trails, dress up for Halloween like it's a serious event, explore California one local restaurant at a time, and try to make meaningful connections wherever I land.
